How do I place a video relay call to a standard telephone user?

Dial "711" on the Ojo keypad and you will be connected to a sign language interpreter, who will facilitate the call.

How do I place a video call to other Ojo users?

Ojo users may place a direct call to other Ojo users by dialing their Ojo telephone number (Example: 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX).

Who can I call?

Snap!VRS customers located within the continental United States may place a VRS call to any standard telephone user worldwide. Direct Ojo-to-Ojo calls may be placed to anyone worldwide regardless of location. You can also call other VRS providers. Please contact us for their dialing information.

When can I call?

Snap!VRS qualified interpreters are available 24x7. You may also place direct Ojo-to-Ojo calls 24x7.

How many minutes can I use each month?

Snap!VRS customers enjoy unlimited calling.

Can I call 911 emergency services using Snap!VRS?

Snap!VRS is not able to automatically route emergency calls to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) at this time. We recommend using conventional TTY relay services to place emergency calls. For more information, please read our E911 Notice.
