Launch Update: Final Stage of Testing
March 5, 2007
Dear Applicant,
The past few months of testing went very well. Snap!VRS collected lots of feedback from our Deaf testers, the people you call, and our sign language interpreters. Together, we have created a high quality video relay service designed to provide an outstanding customer experience and set a standard of excellence in the industry. Now Snap!VRS is entering the final stage of testing.
We are required by the FCC to allow our technology to work with other VRS providers. So we are testing our service in order to ensure the following:
- Anyone can call us from a video phone that uses other technology (e.g. VP-100/200, D-Link, and webcams); and
- You can call other VRS providers using your Ojo video phone.
Thank you all for the wonderful reception during our testing phase. The enthusiasm and feedback has been overwhelming and appreciated! We share in your excitement and understand that many of you have been waiting a long time to receive your Ojo. Thank you for your continued patience.
Sincerely,
- The Snap!VRS Team
