Snap!VRS Unveils New Screen IDs for its Representatives

In the spirit of improving the customer experience when calling Customer Service or Technical Support, Snap!VRS has unveiled a new feature where Snap!VRS representative user IDs are visible on a caller's screen. These screen IDs will create a more personalized call and enable an enhanced feedback loop for VRS customers.

Plans are currently in the works to bring this feature to our VRS calls so that customers can also easily identify Video Interpreters. This will allow customers to share feedback and reinforce positive experiences while offering suggestions to enhance the overall experience.

This feature is another step by Snap!VRS to make the partnership with customers a mutually beneficial one in which customers have a voice in improving their own VRS experience.
