Snap!VRS' General Counsel Jeff Rosen Vlogs About NECA's Proposed Rate

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released a Public Notice seeking comment on whether it should adopt the National Exchange Carrier Association's (NECA) proposed VRS rates for the 2010-2011 Fund year. General Counsel Jeff Rosen comments in an ASL video about Snap!VRS' strong opposition, as the proposed rates do not reflect the true costs of providing VRS in compliance with ADA requirements and any significant reduction of the VRS rate would harm deaf and hard of hearing consumers of VRS.
