Snap!VRS' General Counsel Jeff Rosen Vlogs About VRS Rate

In November 2007, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approved the compensation rates for video relay service for a three year period. However, less than 18 months later, the FCC is now seeking public comment on whether it should greatly lower the VRS rates. General Counsel Jeff Rosen comments in an ASL video about Snap!VRS' strong opposition, as any significant reduction of the VRS rate would harm deaf and hard of hearing consumers of VRS and possibly bankrupt many VRS providers.
